The client's two top conversion paths were silently broken end to end: bookings failed before they ever reached payment, and the contact form showed 'Message Sent' while transmitting nothing. Nothing ever emailed staff or customer, and the app carried a data-leak and an invite-hijack security hole with no email authentication.

I ran a full security and correctness audit of the app, its edge functions and migrations, then shipped the fixes: repaired the failing booking path, wired the dead contact form to a real send function, added the missing staff and customer notifications, and closed the data leak and the invite-to-admin hijack. Then I executed a ~10-PR SEO and performance overhaul — deduped conflicting head and structured-data tags, cleaned the sitemap, code-split the admin routes for a ~45% smaller public bundle, and added conversion tracking.

Diagnosed and fixed the reported broken booking, contact, and notification failures and shipped them to production, alongside a multi-PR SEO and performance overhaul. Site live and healthy.
