The clinic ran entirely on a locked-in third-party booking and payments platform. Invoicing only captured appointment list price — not the money actually collected — there was no native scheduling, no conversion analytics, and gaps in how patient data flowed to outside systems.

I built a native, Square-integrated online booking platform to cut the cord: a group-capacity scheduling model with differentiated clinic, mobile, and event schedules and a self-serve provider-availability editor. I wired dozens of serverless functions for payments, memberships and subscriptions (auto tier-discounts and credit), catalog sync, refunds and webhooks; a payments sync that backfills actual transactions; a medical-clearance intake funnel that gates booking; a role-gated staff dashboard with clinical notes and revenue; SEO landing pages; conversion tracking; and a HIPAA/PHI hardening pass that minimized the patient data leaving the building.

Native booking, Square payments, and automatic membership discounts and credits are live in production, replacing the third-party flow end to end.
