A multi-location auto group

A three-location group needed to manage and respond to Google reviews at scale and keep each location's blog publishing daily — without a slow manual process or an expensive third-party tool.

I built a review-management hub with an AI-drafted, human-in-the-loop autoresponder: strong reviews get a warm draft (auto-approved only when a location opts in); critical reviews are drafted no-fault, flagged, routed to a manager approval queue, and never auto-posted, with a full audit trail and per-location templates. I also stood up a daily blog auto-publisher and a live dashboard. It's the same senior, in-house-caliber marketing leadership I bring to every engagement.
